OVEN FRESH SEASONED POTATO WEDGES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 Russet Potato (scrubbed & cut into eighths)
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  1. Add all ingredients together
  2. Plae Parmesan Cheese, Olive Oil, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Pepper, Salt, & Potatoes
    into a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag, then shake to coat the potatoes with the
    seasoning. Spread the potatoes over a baking sheet
  3. Bake until potatoes are easily pierced with a fork; about 25 minutes.
