COOK TIME: 7 HOURS (LOW) – 3.5 HOURS (HIGHT)


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3-4 chicken breasts
  • 1 1.25 oz package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 14.5 oz can chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add chicken breasts to the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Whisk together onion soup mix, chicken soup, chicken broth, water, black pepper, flour, garlic powder and poultry seasoning in a bowl until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour over chicken breasts in crockpot.
  4. Cook on Low 6-7 hours or High 3-4 hours until chicken is done.
  5. Remove chicken from pot, shred with a fork and add back to the gravy.
  6. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
