COOK TIME: 7 HOURS (LOW) – 3.5 HOURS (HIGHT)
INGREDIENTS:
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 1 1.25 oz package dry onion soup mix
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 14.5 oz can chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add chicken breasts to the bottom of the crockpot.
- Whisk together onion soup mix, chicken soup, chicken broth, water, black pepper, flour, garlic powder and poultry seasoning in a bowl until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour over chicken breasts in crockpot.
- Cook on Low 6-7 hours or High 3-4 hours until chicken is done.
- Remove chicken from pot, shred with a fork and add back to the gravy.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
